Approach

Most engagements begin with a question that needs an answer. We review the current work and identify the cheapest useful test.

Any larger build follows only when the result supports it. Where a system can change records or contact people, access starts narrow and the person responsible stays in control.

Product and market advice

Commercial plan for a new materials product

An early-stage company needed a practical plan for taking its product concept into customer trials. We set review points for product definition, manufacturer input, customer interviews and compliance work. Each stage had a stated decision and evidence requirement.

AI and business systems

AI trials for a service business

A service business had many possible uses for AI and no sensible order for trying them. We reviewed its support work, administration and core software, then proposed three 90-day trials. Access to business systems began read-only, with results reviewed before further investment.

Customer support systems

Testing an AI support system against real cases

A consumer-product business wanted to know whether its support history could improve customer answers. We built a retrieval-backed prototype, measured how it performed in staff use, and used the failures to guide a second system. That rebuild was tested against unseen cases and explicit policy checks before any wider rollout.
